Agent Statute offers professional guidance and document preparation for real estate agents and agencies. All engagements are subject to professional standards and confidentiality.

3. Information Products

Agent Statute provides digital publications and training materials designed to support real estate professionals in compliance and best practices.

4. Goods

Agent Statute offers branded merchandise and resource kits for real estate professionals. Availability may vary.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Legal Services

Due to the nature of professional consultation and drafting work, consultations are non-refundable once scheduled. You may request rescheduling of a session without additional charge if notice is provided at least 48 hours in advance. All requests must be submitted via Customer Support. This policy ensures availability of qualified professionals.

5.2 Information Products

Customers may request reimbursement for information products within 14 days of purchase, provided no digital materials have been downloaded. To initiate a reimbursement, contact Customer Support. Approved reimbursements will be processed within 7 business days using the original payment method.

5.3 Goods

Physical goods may be sent back for reimbursement within 30 days of delivery if in original, unused condition. To arrange sending back, contact Customer Support. Once received and inspected, reimbursement will be completed within 14 business days. Shipping charges apply unless the item is defective or incorrect.

6. Rescheduling

Clients may request to move scheduled legal sessions by contacting Customer Support at least 48 hours before the appointment. Rescheduled services will be honored within six months of the original date at no additional charge. If a session is canceled with less notice, a new scheduling fee may apply.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Agent Statute and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our services, products or goods.
